At Walk & Talk Colchester, our mission is to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming space for all women to connect, share, and thrive. To ensure the group remains a positive and uplifting community, we kindly ask all members to follow these simple guidelines:

This is a group activity! Please make an effort to walk and chat with others, especially those who might be new or walking alone.Stay Positive:
We understand life can be tough, but this is a space for positivity and hope. Let’s focus on creating a nurturing environment for everyone.Respect Nature:
Enjoy and protect the beautiful outdoor spaces we walk in. Leave no trace and be mindful of the environment.
Terms & Conditions
Participation:
Walks are open to women aged 18 and over.
By joining a walk, you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk.
Safety First:
Please inform the walk leader if you have any health concerns or need additional support.
Wear suitable clothing and footwear for the weather and terrain.
Inclusivity:
We are a judgment-free zone. Discriminatory behaviour, bullying, or negativity of any kind will not be tolerated.
Communication:
Use the group’s social media and communication platforms respectfully. Advertising, spamming, or sharing inappropriate content is not permitted.
Attendance:
If you sign up for a walk and can no longer attend, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Confidentiality:
What is shared on a walk stays on the walk. Respect each other’s privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Feedback Welcome:
We’re always looking to improve. If you have suggestions or concerns, please reach out to the group organiser.
